delete what ever vehicle software is giving you problems and re download it again. if you still have problems contact support good luck. 

   

 system restore is the only thing left here to do but make sure you are still under warranty and update subscription before you even think of trying it. don't forget to back up the entire content of the tool after everything is back to normal then keep backing it up regularly before you take another update in the future. do one vehicle to start, the one in question, make sure it is fixed then do the rest one at a time with excellent interenet connection, a land line/Ethernet cable  if possible.

 yes is there, no need for any sd card, the tool will restore it self to its original factory settings. the function is located within the tools setting option. cant remember by heart, look in the forum its all over the place. remember you have to be under your subscription period to do this since everything will be wiped out. first check the FAQ section of the forum also type in the search box on the upper right of your screen ( system Restore) or similar and it may help you find it quicker. good luck

 its a miracle. only the vehicle data gets erased, not the main autel's  software system os or firmware.
